We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
